Rockwell’s Organic Flax Cooking Oil gives you all the health benefits of Omega 3, 6, and 9’s with a light nutty flavour. Flax Oil is not typically used as a cooking oil as it naturally has a low smoke point. To raise the smoke point we have developed a unique filtering process that removes the impurities, while keeping all the nutrients. This process results in an increased smoke point of 400°F.
